Under the requirements of “high grade, openness, forward looking” for the development of education in the new century, our school as a window unit for exchanges with and display to the outside has been focusing on exploring our own resources while attaching importance to openness and absorption which can be seen through our foreign exchanges and cooperation. We have established “sister school” ties with several schools in the mainland and Hong Kong and hosting the visits of a number of foreign friends. Through extensive cultural exchanges we demonstrate the reform and development of China’s special education and the healthy mentality and sound growth of Chinese disabled children so that we and our foreign counterparts with our mutual learning benefit from profound exchanges relating to special education.
